The t.e.a.m. programme is a established instrument of staff development at Leipzig University and supports women at various academic qualification levels. It offers female doctoral researchers, postdocs, habilitation candidates and junior professors in different programme lines the opportunity to expand their skills, build networks and benefit from the experience of successful role models.
The programme combines practice-oriented workshops, internal university expertise, alliances with female role models outside academia and individual mentoring to specifically strengthen women in their academic careers.
Starting in summer 2025, the programme lines t.e.a.m. for female doctoral researchers and t.e.a.m. for female postdocs will enter the next round. The application deadline is 18 April 2025.
